Fineboy Producer

I didn’t just want to make music. I wanted to understand how music grows.

I started as a producer. Working with artists eventually made me realize that making great music is only part of the equation.

Portrait of Fineboy Producer

It started with music.

I started making and recording music around 2015.

At the time, I didn’t have a big platform, major promotion or industry connections. I was simply trying to figure out how to make something I believed in.

My father always emphasized hard work and practice. The idea that stayed with me was simple: practice makes perfect.

Michael Jackson was also a strong influence on how I viewed music and performance. His magazines were around the house, and that early exposure stayed with me.

Music was becoming more than something I enjoyed. I started seeing it as something I could build my life around.

Then I started seeing the real problem.

The focus moved from music to strategy.

Around 2021, I decided to take music more seriously.

But the more I worked with artists, the more I noticed something.

A lot of artists weren’t struggling because their music was necessarily bad.

They were struggling because they didn’t have a clear strategy behind the music.

  • They were releasing without knowing what they were building.
  • Promoting without knowing who they were trying to reach.
  • Spending money without knowing what it was supposed to accomplish.
  • Chasing streams without building reasons for people to become fans.

That’s when my focus started changing.

The more I worked, the more I learned.

Artists worked with

Over the years, I’ve created more than 1,000 beats and worked with 237+ artists.

Every artist, every release and every campaign taught me something about what moves music forward — and what doesn’t.

This isn’t just theory.

One result, shown plainly.

Strategy before streams.

Too many artists are told to make more music, post more content, run more ads and chase more playlists.

But more activity doesn’t automatically create growth.

You need to know who you’re building for, what you want to be known for, how your music reaches the right people, and what makes those people stay.

That’s why I believe in Strategy Before Streams.

  1. Position
  2. Content
  3. Promotion
  4. Audience
  5. Growth

Streams Fans Revenue

Streams are a metric. Fans are the asset.

Producer doesn’t just mean beats.

I still produce music. But production has become bigger than the studio for me.

  • I produce music.
  • I produce ideas.
  • I produce strategies.
  • I produce systems designed to help artists move forward.
  • Music.
  • Ideas.
  • Strategy.
  • Growth.

What I believe.

Good music isn’t enough.

Good music needs the right positioning, audience and strategy around it.

Promotion isn’t the strategy.

Promotion is one part of a larger growth system.

Streams aren’t the end goal.

Streams matter, but building real fans matters more.

Random action isn’t progress.

Doing more doesn’t necessarily mean you’re moving forward.

Build the artist. Not just the release.

Every release should contribute to a larger artist identity.

I’m building for serious artists.

  • Artists who already take their music seriously.
  • Artists who are willing to invest in growth.
  • Artists who want to understand what they’re doing instead of blindly copying what everyone else is doing.
  • Artists who want to build something that lasts beyond one song.

The broader Fineboy Producer ecosystem also works with

  • Labels
  • Music brands
  • Startups
  • Music-tech companies
  • Creative companies

I’m still building.

I’m not interested in pretending I have every answer.

I’m interested in finding better ones.

Better strategies.
Better systems.
Better ways for serious artists to build careers around their music.

That’s what Fineboy Producer is about.

Strategy before streams.

Build the artist.
Not just the release.
